Seeds for Training and Consulting is an Egyptian civil-society organization founded in December 2019 and headquartered in Cairo. It works across training, consulting and development in cooperation with governmental and non-governmental bodies and international agencies, to support individuals and communities and build their capacity for sustainable development impact.
Our purpose
Seeds is driven by the belief that people and organizations can create real, lasting change when given the right opportunity. We work to empower diverse groups, especially the most vulnerable - refugees and asylum seekers, migrants, women heads of household, and children and youth in underserved areas - through carefully designed programs suited to their needs and their cultural and social context.
Seeds was founded on a belief in the practical and professional potential of individuals and organizations when given the opportunity. We work to empower and enlighten people and institutions, unlocking latent human energy and channeling it toward deep, lasting transformation in their lives, in service of leadership, work and sustainable prosperity.
We deliver training, consulting and development solutions built on integrated expertise that combines knowledge, experience and innovation, to develop individuals, organizations and society through modern, innovative methodologies and techniques.
Purposeful, through continuous learning.
We adopt a free-thinking mindset and learn creatively through experience.
We work together with passion and understanding.
We support our clients with care.
The foundation of our work with every group.
The essential basis for building strong partnerships.
Our Motto
ThinkCreateActDiscover
Guiding principles that ensure the quality and lasting impact of our programs.
We rely on learning by doing, turning theory into simple applied activities in a safe, interactive environment. Each concept is introduced with a simple definition, then a real example, then practical steps, then a hands-on exercise.
The Do No Harm principle guides the design of every activity aimed at mixed refugee and host communities, using a connecting and bridge-building approach to strengthen integration.
A documented commitment to safeguarding and child-protection policies with international donors, including direct experience applying the policies of Catholic Relief Services (CRS), CARE Egypt and Terre des hommes.
Pre/post assessment tools and daily tracking cards for each trainee covering attendance, commitment, participation and product quality, plus satisfaction surveys and technical reports for each workshop and a comprehensive final report.
Materials are delivered electronically by default (PDF and Word via email or dedicated WhatsApp groups per course), and trainees receive electronic copies of the templates used for later reference.
Seeds issues accredited certificates to successful trainees, and has obtained preliminary approvals from the Ministry of Youth and Sports for a nationwide partnership providing certificates and implementation venues.
Leaders, consultants and trainers who think and design unconventional solutions.
