Training - Consulting - Development

We plant the seeds of sustainable growth

Training, consulting and development solutions that combine knowledge, experience and innovation to empower individuals, organizations and communities to create real, lasting change.

What We Do

Nine integrated areas across training, consulting and development.

  1. Training and Capacity Building

Designing and running workshops after assessing participants' needs, plus specialized courses across fields that build people's knowledge and skills at every job level through interactive methods.

  2. Consulting and Technical Support

Technical and advisory support for governmental and civil-society organizations in planning, management and program development.

  3. Manuals and Curriculum Design

Designing technical manuals, management policies and educational curricula tied to life skills for different groups, especially youth, with the help of specialized experts.

  4. Research and Studies

Conducting pre/post and baseline studies for needs assessment, using issue-specific tools and specialized field experts.

  5. Applied Vocational and Craft Training

Hands-on training in many crafts and trades (sewing and tailoring, embroidery, macrame, leather, palm weaving, resin, beading, beauty and hairdressing, printing, photography, refrigeration and air conditioning, computing and more) to provide a sustainable, dignified income.

  6. Development Project Evaluation

Evaluating development projects from sampling and tool design to analysis and reporting, through an integrated team that interviews target groups.

  7. Targeted Training Camps

Designing and running educational-recreational-participatory camps for children and youth, such as STEM camps for refugee children and life-skills and leadership camps.

  8. Events, Social Cohesion and Psychosocial Support

Designing recreational events and social-cohesion programs between host and refugee communities, plus psychosocial support and art therapy, respecting the Do No Harm principle and child-safeguarding policies.

  9. Grant Proposal Writing

Writing funding proposals for organizations and training their teams in proposal-writing to build the technical capacity of civil-society organizations.
